- All deposits must be made from the mobile number registered to your account.

- All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed; however, a cash-out option may be available for live betting.
- If a sports event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betjeli reserves the right to correct them — affected bets may be voided.
- Placing bets while in possession of information related to match-fixing or any corrupt activity is strictly prohibited.
- The maximum bet limit per event is determined by the user's account tier and VIP level.
Betjeli reserves the right to make the final decision on any betting errors or unusual outcomes. Such decisions are not subject to challenge.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betjeli platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating an account in a third party's name.
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds through Betjeli.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
- Placing bets using bots or automated systems.
- Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
- Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
If such activity is confirmed, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
Betjeli reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms — particularly the creation of multiple accounts, fraud, or hacking attempts.
- Providing false or fabricated identity information.
- KYC non-compliance — failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe upon request.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Betjeli is not liable for the following:
- Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection.
- Delayed transactions due to third-party service failures (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
- Any issues arising from user negligence or failure to read the Terms & Conditions.
- Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
